Green Goddess Power Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 banana (frozen for a creamier texture)
  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries (such as blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter (or your favorite nut butter)
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any plant-based milk)
  • 1/2 cup cold water (adjust for desired thickness)
  • Optional: a drizzle of honey or a medjool date for natural sweetness

Instructions:

  1. Start by adding the baby spinach leaves to your blender. If you prefer a colder and thicker smoothie, you can add a few ice cubes at this stage.

  2. Add the frozen banana, frozen mixed berries, avocado, chia seeds, and almond butter to the blender.

  3. Pour in the unsweetened almond milk and cold water.
